I used to smoke heavily I have 2 girls age 9 and 2. Who I have smoked through out both my pregnancies. I am pregnant now and I have pretty much put smoking behind me "for the most part" I turn 9 months this sunday, and I know for a fact that I have not had more then 20 cigarrets this whole pregnancie. In fact I believe its between 8 to 15 cigarrets during the entier birth. The main reason I pick up a cigarett is if I am beyound streesed and emotional to the extreem. but other than that I have no desier or craving for it. I am perfectly fine with out. my consern is not to get permission that its ok every now and then... No, I just want to know based upon this information how much harmfull it is. Is it when you smoke multiple cigarrets a day and also how does the different trimesters consern smokers? Health supplements
