"County Health Rankings", a program developed by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and the University of Wisconsin Population Health Institute, is now available for use.
You can compare the overall health of your county with the health of other counties, as well as comparing the factors that contribute to health such as obesity rates, the quality of health care or high school graduation rates.
