The Truth About Health Reform and What It Will Mean to You – June 26th in San Francisco

CPHA-N is co-sponsoring a special program with OWL about health care reform.  Now that a health reform package has passed and is law, many of us are confused: What does the legislation really provide? What are the significant measures for us and when do they take place?  Health care for women, older Americans, and Californians, will be emphasized.

Ellen Shaffer, PhD and co-director of the Center for Policy Analysis will make this understandable for us.  She also serves as the Liaison for Universal Health Care for CPHA-N. The program will be held at the Mechanics Institute, 57 Post Street, San Francisco on Saturday June 26, 2010 at 10AM.
